ARCADIA – The 36th annual Arcadia Festival and Rodeo opens Friday, Aug. 30, with a blues festival at Arcadia Municipal Park, 500 W. 2nd St. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the music starts at 7 p.m. Admission is $10.
The parade will start at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, at 6th and Main streets. Food and merchandise vendor booths open at 4 p.m. at the park and the rodeo gets underway at 8 p.m.
Admission to the rodeo is $10 for ages 12 and older, $5 for ages 6 to 11 and free for ages 5 and under.
Vendor booths open at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1, and a gospel music concert starts at 4 p.m. Sunday’s rodeo is at 8 p.m.
