The Luther Pecan Festival will be held Sat. & Sun., Nov. 19 – 20, 2022, at the Couch Pecan Orchard. After surveying our AWESOME artists, vendors and food trucks following the 2021 event, the response was overwhelming to hold the festival in November for two days. As a result of our polling, we have traded Friday for Sunday for the two-day event. One of the deciding factors was so many artists and vendors have “day jobs” during the week, and they work their passion hustles on the weekends. Hey! We are saving their PTO (paid time off)! Anything we can do to support small businesses, we’re doing it! Anything we can do to make a better festival experience for our visitors, we’re doing it. We love you all! And care about you.
We are excited to move PFest back to November. While we loved the December event in 2021 to accommodate the pecan harvest, orchard owners, Mark and Teri, think we can do the big pecan event Nov. 19 – 20. We learn. We pivot. We keep trying! And you’ll be able to get your holiday pecans, and an early start on holiday shopping. Win. Win.
And good news! We are planning some events in 2022 on Main Street in Luther to celebrate our town, and invite Route 66 visitors to come see us!

The location! The Luther Pecan Festival will be held at the Couch Pecan Orchard on the corner of Route 66 & Luther Road in Luther! Mark & Teri Stroud, who purchased the beautiful orchard in 2020, are hosting the popular festival to celebrate pecans, one of Oklahoma’s most popular specialty crops, while having a holiday shopping experience.
