OTC Form 901-F (Freeport Exemption)
OTC Form 901-P (Business Rendition with Petroleum Assets)
OTC Form 921 (Homestead Exemption)
OTC Form 994 (Senior Freeze and Additional Homestead)
OTC Form 998 (Veterans Exemption)
OTC Form 935 & 952 (Mobile Homes Rendition and Homestead)
OTC Form 924 & 930 (Farm Rendition & Veterans Exemption)
OTC Form 974 (Application for Informal Appeal (RE & PP)
Permanent Address Change Form (RE & PP)
“The assessment process is responsible for providing funding for schools, colleges, technology centers, libraries, city/county health department and many other services. The assessment process creates more than 82 percent of the entire Oklahoma County budget funding the county offices, law enforcement, secure legal and property records and much more,” said Oklahoma County Assessor Larry Stein.
