Eddens Makes Dean’s List for Three Straight Semesters

Arkadelphia, AR – Jaynae K. Eddens of Luther was named to the Dean’s List of Henderson State University for the fall 2021 semester. The sophomore psychology major has maintained a 4.0-grade point average throughout her collegiate career while also being a member of the university’s women’s basketball team.

“JJ” Eddens was a decorated high school basketball player for the Oklahoma City Storm, earning honors as the Heartland High School Offensive Player of the Year her senior year, National Christian Homeschool Basketball Championships Player of the Year as a junior, and the National Freshman of the Year in 2017. The Henderson Reddies are 10-4 as the season heats up.

She is the daughter of Patrick and Hellen Stanfield Eddens of Luther and was a 2020 graduate of the Eddens Homeschool Academy. She is the granddaughter of the late John and Mary Kelley Eddens and Donald Ray Sr., and Naomi Darlene Watson Stanfield.
