Signs of growth? Three public hearings are scheduled before the Luther Planning Commission on Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, at 7 p.m., at Town Hall. The appointed planning commissioners will consider each request for Special Use Permits before the bureaucratic process proceeds to consideration before the elected Luther Town Board of Trustees. All three requests involve economic development and new business.

Second Residence/Air B&B, 19305 N Dobbs

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at Luther Town Hall, 108 South Main Street, Luther, Oklahoma, the Planning Commission of the Town of Luther will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for property generally located at 19305 N Dobbs Rd, Luther, Oklahoma, for purposes of placing a second residence on a five (5) acre tract of land. The Applicant has expressed an interest in filing an application to use the second residence for a Short Term Rental.
