It’s a January highlight. There will be a chicken fried steak dinner, home-made desserts galore and a great cause to help our local 4H and FFA members. And it’s this Monday night, January 15, at 6 pm in the high school cafeteria.
Many look forward to the annual Luther FFA & 4H Booster Club event. Proceeds from the Trophy and Benefit Auction go toward the Luther Livestock Local Show, Vet Tech Program and Career Development Event competition teams (welding, shooting/archery, electrical, public speaking, livestock judging …)
With the event fast approaching in less than a week, parents, students and sponsors are busy collecting donations for the auction. They are grateful to a generous community who stocks the auction with merchandise, services and tools that range from a shotgun to a Mary Kay basket, or a handmade quilt and various gift certificates. The Luther Register is even throwing something in this year!
If you want to donate to the auction, contact your favorite FFA or 4H person, or their sponsor, Holly Drake.
See you Monday night.
