OBITUARY: Larry Allen Danker

Larry Danker, February 19, 1971 – July 15, 2019

Larry Allen Danker passed from this life on July 15, 2019. He was born February 19, 1971, to Donald and Sandra (Hudson) Danker. Larry graduated from Wellston High school in 1989 and worked as a roofer most of his life. Larry was known for picking on Ty and Donovan when they were young. While in high school he was a member of the FFA and loved showing cattle. First, and foremost he loved spending time with his kids. He loved noodling, fishing, hunting, and filming hunts. Larry enjoyed reading, golf, watching MMA, playing basketball, and of course, Star Wars.

He is preceded in death by his mother; Sandy Danker, one grandson, Braxton Danker; grandmother, Judy Hawkins; and three grandfathers, Pat Alford, J.R. Hudson, and Shirley Danker. Larry is survived by his father Donald Danker of Wellston, OK; two brothers, Donovan Danker and wife Alisa of Wellston, OK; and Micah Danker of Wellston, OK; and one sister, Kristen Sanders and husband William of Stroud, OK. Survivors also include Eight children, Bailey Kirkland of Luther, OK; Cailey Smotts of Belton, MO; Brooke Wise of California; Cheyann Danker of Wellston, OK; Karlee Minard of Chandler, OK; Blake Danker of Florida; Cassie Danker of Florida; and Charlee Danker of Chandler, OK. He had Three grandchildren, Hadley, Lawson, and Weston Kirkland, as well as a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services have been set for 2:00pm Friday July 26, 2019 at the Wellston High School Gymnasium. Arrangements provided by Boydston-Bailey Funeral Home of Luther.
