Luther Skeet Teams Going to State

Junior & Senior Teams Are Area Champs

Norman, October 15, 2018 – The first blustery cold day of the season was the setting for Luther’s FFA to travel to Norman for the FFA Central Sporting Clays skeet competition. Led by advisor Holly Drake, the junior and senior teams competed with 54 others. As the competition wore on through the day, each Luther team member contributed to an outstanding finish. Both teams emerged as Area Champions for both the junior and senior teams.

The performance qualifies both teams for the FFA State Sporting Clays competition on November 14 at the Oklahoma City Gun Club.
