
The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office released the name of the baby who died in Luther on Friday.
She was four-month-old Presley Walker.
According to OCSO, the grandmother's name is not being released because she is not charged with a crime.

LUTHER, OK (August 07, 2017) – Just after 5:30 p.m. on August 4, 2017 OCSO investigators were contacted to respond to a report of a deceased four month old female in a vehicle at 803 S. Birch St. in Luther. When investigators arrived they discovered a four month old Presley Walker in the back seat of the vehicle. She had been deceased for several hours.
According to the infant's grandmother, who has custody of the infant, she intended to drop her off at the day care while on her way to work in Oklahoma City in the morning but forgot. It wasn't until she returned to the day care in the evening that she realized the infant had been left in her vehicle all day. The State Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause of death. Investigators will submit their findings to the District Attorney’s Office."
